Registration Form Shortcode – Add Registration Form to a Page or Post

You have the ability to add a Registration Form Shortcode to any page or post which will insert the registration form.

This is an example of adding a registration form for a Level named Silver.

[wlm_register “Silver”]

In this case “Silver” is the name of the membership level. So just replace silver with the level name from your site.

Adding that shortcode to the content section of a page or post will insert a registration form for the specific Level.

Note: This does not need to be added to the HTML of a page or post. It can simply be added to the content area.

There is also a Mergecode and Shortcode insert option that appears on Pages and Posts when using the WordPress Gutenberg editor.

This blue icon appears on the Classic Block of the Gutenberg editor and is a quick way to add mergecodes and shortcodes to a page or post.

A pop up will appear and you can select the Level for the Registration Form.

Also, please keep in mind that these registration forms are typically used for Free Membership Levels as once this merge code is placed on a page or post, anyone who sees that form can register.

If you are interested in integrating with a payment processor, we recommend checking out the Integrations section of the Knowledge Base.
