Site Migration

Navigate to the Administration menu in WishList Member, then select the “Site Migration” sub-menu. Here you can import or export WishList Member settings to facilitate a site migration.

To export WishList Member settings, select the “Export Settings” tab and set the following options:

  • Membership Levels. Includes all settings specific to an individual membership level. Only the level(s) selected will be included in the export file.
  • Global Settings. Includes all settings saved in a WishList Member site that are not specific to an individual membership level.
Important Note

A file containing the selected settings will be downloaded to your computer. Please note the export file created will only be compatible with WishList Member 3.0 or higher.

Once you’ve selected your options, click the “Export Settings” button. An export file will be created and downloaded to your computer.

To import WishList Member settings, select the “Import Settings” tab. Then, simply choose an export file you have downloaded to your computer and click the “Import Settings” button. The file will be uploaded and the settings imported into your new site.
