WishList Products Support – Response Time

Our posted Support Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET and our team aims to respond within 24 business hours. Although we can usually reply sooner depending on Ticket volume, etc.

If you submit a Ticket or send a reply to an existing Ticket and do not see a response within that time frame, please check your spam/junk filter for the email notification the support system sends when our team replies.

Spam/Junk filters at the server level might also cause issues with receiving the email notifications so you can always check the status of your Ticket using the online Ticket System (Support Desk).

Either option below can be used to check the status of your Support Ticket(s).

Please Note: Both options will provide access to your Support Tickets (if you have any).
